Everyone can still submit one entry, including all the sponsors, but the prizes will only go to the non-sponsor member who receives the most votes.
Once the photo is submitted to a site like photobucket, I'm not sure you could verify if it were touched up or not. So I think you are being old fashioned.

Not only old fashioned, but out of touch with reality
Not a single photographer out there that doesnt retouch images. Count it...not 1...in the entire world be it in camera tricks, lighting tricks, developing tricks or photoshop. This includes for example RC totms.
But i see why you say not retouched,..i can see how a pretty lame looking coral can be made to look nice by retouching. Maybe i take it for granted because its part of my job..... At the same token though, that would definitely be a rule if we were having a "best lps coral" competition, rather then best picture competition...dunno,.. just my point of view
