I got a great deal on a new large external recirc Octo skimmer so I'm looking to sell my Deltec MCE600 HOB. I've had it for 9 months and it's performed great and is in very good condition. I've gotten some pretty sick skimmate out of it. I am planning to upgrade to a larger tank in the future and simply could not pass up this killer deal on a large skimmer. I have the original packaging/box for the deltec. I have modded the collection cup with a drain valve with tubing to an external 1 litre bottle. I also made a simple output mod with PVC piping and it's painted black so that it vanishes in the tank. The pump has been fitted with the rail silincing kit. $350 shipped. I'd like to keep the deltec installed until I have my new skimmer installed and broken in. Prolly 2 weeks time. I need to build a stand, acrylic tray and plumb the new skimmer in in it's remote location. I don't have photos as the unit is currently installed on the back of my tank. I will take a $25 depost to hold then balance when I'm ready to ship. Interested party may/will prolly push me quicker!
