Did I find a new species of puffer?

While diving in Fiji I came across this big (12+ inches) puffer that was a bright blue and black spots. I am the only one who saw it so I am happy I got a picture of it. I asked the dive people and they said they have never seen one like that. I looked it up online and still never found anything like it. I can find blue SPOT puffer but this one was a bright blue body and black spots. No one here has ever seen like on it before....

BTW this was a porcupine puffer, not a dog face.

I think it's a Diodon Hystrix because it has a body of a Diodon (Porky family)

Were staying at LikuLiku at the over the water bures. We leave tomorrow for Lizard Island for a week to dive Cod Hole.

What about the coloring? I'm sure its the Diodon Hystrix family but the coloring is new. Even when I searched google I couldn't find a blue one.

I would never have left. I'm pretty sure coloring alone would not necessitate it being a different species.
