i have recently had a fish just disappear....it was looking a bit thin knid of getting bullied by a big hippo tang but then just gone, i mean no where...
i don't think my clean up crew is that good! what else could do this?

I personally have lost 4 fish this way. They seem to just become part of the tank. When I do notice a piece of livestock missing I always look at the ground first and then behind the rock structure.
Ultimately I think you can never underestimate a clean up crew and there abilities.
