I was curious if anyone here has a good recipe for frozen fish food they wouldn’t mind sharing?

Something that feeds messy, like Rods reef, ect. I need the nutrient bump and like to feed the whole tank. Rods has just gotten too expensive at almost 30 bucks a pack after tax.

Any input appreciated.
Thanks

Man! There was a video on YouTube , like 15 years ago, that I used to make mine ( when I used to make mine). It had cod, baby octopus, squid, scallop, seaweed, and other stuff. I have to go look for it. I’ve been thinking about doing it again

I tried a lot of different mixes over the years but now I keep it simple. I take 4 packs of frozen Hikari's mysis shrimp, stir in RODI water as it thaws, throwing away the top layer of murky water then rinse again before draining. Once drained, I take a paper towel and touch the surface to remove excess water then add some flakes and mix. I've been using Ocean's Nutrition Prime flakes. I didn't use much flakes in the beginning but now I'm using about 1 part mysis shrimp and 1 part flakes, which may seem like a lot of flakes but once it's mixed well together with the mysis shrimp, you'll see that it's really not much at all. I then create a thin layer of frozen fish food using a large zip lock bag.
