Do I have ICH? What is the best medication to treat ? Thank you

Look up QT procedures. Decide whether you want to go tank transfer method (TTM) or copper.

I've used Cupramine which did the trick. Key is having a QT ready and set up already running.. thats where I usually run into problems.

Yeah looks like brook or really bad ich. All you're fish have it at this point even if you can't see it. You're going to have to remove them from the tank for awhile and treat them. I would do copper, but at this point you're going to most likely lose some fish.
