Do you think I overfed my tank?

I feed 6 times a day to make my bandit stop nipping and also stop aggression on the tank. But this is getting ridiculous 1gallon of nasty skimmate a day.
I empty it yesterday and clean the cup too while doing water change.

Literary I have to drain my skimmer cup at least every 3 days sometimes every 2 days.

If your water parameters hold up with your regular WC routine, then you aren't over feeding.

Eric had posted there speaker at IEMAS was talking about how overfeeding actually increases aggression among fish in our tanks. Maybe he can explain that a little better.

But I think if you don't have algae problems and your corals look good, I would say you aren't overfeeding per se.

So I test my nitrate is ridiculous
25 ppm need to feed less. 4 times a day and more water change. Thinking of dosing some vinegar and sugar too. Acropora seems to be happy even though my bandit nips once in a while but polyps extension is not as long.

Thanks
I also think cyano outbreaks only when high N&P also if the flow is inadequate. I am lucky that I don't have no single hair algae in my tank and the majestic took care of the bubble algae too. The tangs and parrotfish have almost no algae to graze on.

I added 2 wave pump to lift all the detritus up and 50 gallons water change tomorrow.

I was noticing some cyano on a rock but upped the flow and it has disappeared.

Ever since I added extra flow the sand is blowing everywhere and detritus is flying everywhere too. I wish I can go bare bottom but it won't look right ...

Anyone knows where I can find a very thin star board that can fit in my tank ?
