Why would you be so sure that the green brittle start is innocent??
They dont go out and hunt like that. Looking at the cardinal it does look like stray voltage but I also see the tail nipped. Hope you find the cause

Also just noticed you have a pretty deep sandbed of 6-8". Has it been getting stirred up lately? Deep Sand Beds can definitely trap toxins and kill off life if overly disturbed.

All the fish got taken out and the only ones left is the dimond goby, six line wrasse, hovens wrasse, and the orange spot rabbit fish......all the fish look fine but the cardinal, the color looks faded on both side but on one side of its body, his eye looks like its frosted.

With the possibility of ich, bro, and velvet and the tank be fallow and all the fish is in a 29qt. What treatment should I give the remaning fish?

Well I had 2 gobys and they cleaned up the sand pretty good. And if toxins came up, wouldnt it have showed up when I tested the water??

They lack the speed, agility and visual acuity required to catch a fish.

+ they are scavengers.
But the do setup traps and one night in the sump he setup his trap and it looked kind of amazing.....So I dont really know what to think of him right now.

Gotta take them all out for an effective QT. Clean water conditions should help the cardinal

Copper is the way to go.

Depends, maybe triton testing would show up. But typical test kits probably wouldn't show toxins except for Ammonia

I'm pretty sure that I have brook in my tank and Ive been dosing ich x daily and dosed copper safe over 4 days to 1-2ppm. Everyone is eating good and doing great but the orange spot rabbit fish started to develop minior white spots on him and the cardinal who hasnt been eatting has been moving but has yet to be able to catch food though.

-Now my question is how long should I dose ich x aka formulin?

The reason why I think its brook is because I bought 2 clowns and within a couple days the male was found on the filter and then the next day the female develop what look like massive ich in the morning and then when I got home she was gone. The clowns were doing good and eating and then bam.
