The Radion is in overall good condition and used for about 2 years at 50% max. Comes with RMS mount. Retail for both is over $500. Only flaws are a small crack on one of the corners from over tightening the screw and the rubber border has gotten sticky from over time. Neither of the issues affect the lighting performance at all.
