Electric bill question

Hi. I rent a studio in Anaheim and the land lord told me that electric bills are high lately around 800+ dollars. I don't know if my system causing this much or something happens with their electrical system. I turn off all the lights and fan during day time until 10PM. My wife turn on the light when she's home at 11 till 1AM. Anyone in Anaheim (Beach Blvd and Ball Rd specific) or around Anheim has to pay this much. My equiptments as follow:

1. Maxspect 160W running from 8-9 at 60% both channels

2. Two 36W T5 running from 12-5

3. Apex Jr with EB8, PM1 24/7

4. Jebao wp25, wp10 24/7

5. Skimmer Pump 18W 24/7

6. Carbon, GFO Reactors with Maxijets Pump 24/7

7. Maxijet Pump for External Fuge 24/7

8. Rio Hyper Flow Return Pump 30W 24/7

Just your tank would be around $60 or so. Your tank its not big, the $800 might be combined with the rest of his property...

Hell no! Specially in anaheim since our bills are cheaper because of Disney. My AC is almost 24/7 in a 1100sqft loft and I pay around $150

Yea Anahiem is cheaper than Edison and ur tank is no way near $800. Probably very safe to say $100 max.

How long have u been in the studio? Is that a shared bill with othr tenant(s)? Why don't u post a pic of ur bill, bc we here at SCR Pinkman investigative service will break it down proper for you. Then u can church ur landlord

You dont pay for it, right? Have him call who ever is in charge of the electric, someone must be stealing electricity...

Yes utilities are cover by them but I try to save as much as i can for them.

Electrician here. How many units is that for? Your tank would not even begin to make a dent like that. Air conditioners are usually the culprit.
I wouldn't worry about you being the cause. Its everyone I am sure. But if that around 5-8 units that about normal
