Ah dam it, yes I have seen a cbb peck at acans before. My boy tony had that problem and ditched the cbb cause he loved his prized acan collection more. Keep a close eye on the cbb dude..hope its not him though.

As some may know i been battling majano for the past year and i am losing this fright. I use everything that is available out there but they just multiply to fast. All my corals and fish are doing awesome but majano are such an eyesore. So I decided to take DT down my down soon and start over with new marco rocks i been curing for 2m now. I will give the rocks another 2m more then i will start over. What a PIA this has been for me.

I also setup a QT for my new incoming fish from now on. My CBB is doing well and eating everthing.

I am feeling your pain, bro. They are really unpleasant to look at. As I have to tent termite fumigate my house in a couple months. I have been really stress out over my dt also. I do not know if I should break down the whole tank or not, still planning and having headache.

Update: the cbb is off to a new home where it will be in better care of.

I decided to get a temporary tank to hold all my corals and fish while i take down my tank and start over.

40x20x20 acrylic tank from AA with external overflow 1 1/2 in and 2 3/4 return

36x15x15 acrylic sump with 3 chamber

I wanted to try aquamaxx co-1 skimmer but MD didnt have in stock at that time so i got a JNS co-1 skimmer instead

As for the stand i just wanted something real simple so i build my own.

For light i will be using a 36" 8 bulbs Ati sunpower. Thanks to my buddy Steve for introducing to me Jayden Do for hooking me up with this light.

Add water and sand 2 weeks ago and also did a water change 30gals with water from my Dt.

*Note to self* Make sure i wear my reading glass when i check my corals before adding to my DT!!!!!!!

Bad month..... skimmer broke down after 7 month, mp40 just broke, ran out of co2. FTH
