Yes they are reef safe they don't touch corals. I have 5 cleaner shrimp and 2 fire shrimp they are still there even my 8" male doesn't touch it.

One thing this fish have in common collected in deep water.

Small xhatch are collected 200 feet or deeper. people risk their life collecting this beauties and Believe or not this a bargain. Why do you think you only see large male crosshatch?
