Had to re-learn the first major virtue of this hobby, PATIENCE. Wanted to jump on the Advanced acrylic groupbuy without having a stand to measure the interior dimensions and now I have to sell my custom sump because it simply doesn't fit in my stand. :a43:
For sale is a brand new sump (has not seen a drop of water yet)
40" in length
20" front to back
18" tall
approximately 62 gallon sump made in the thicker 1/2 inch thick acrlyic for extra sturdiness. black baffles and black bottom. first stage has 2-1.5 inch holes drilled for overflow plumbing that forces water bubbles to rise up and burst before going onto second stage that holds 2 large sized filter socks (socks not included as I have not purchased them yet). Then the water goes into the skimmer section which, over to a refugium section and over under over baffles and back to a return section. Return section also has a 3 probe holder built in.
If you have questions, please ask here or through pm. I live in Pasadena but can meet since the sump fits in the backseat of my sedan. I paid $400 but will sell for $350. As they say, my loss is your gain?
Here's a picture of the sump. If you want more pics, pm your number and I can text you some more pics.
skimmer and return pump not included. lol
