F/s tankless water heater

I have a used Bosch AquaStar Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater #250SX-NG I removed from a customers house because she said it would take to long to get water to her master bathroom 3 stories high she said that it was wasting to much water to wait for the hot water to reach here shower. The reason it took so long was because her original heater was centrally located in the middle of her house and the tankless was installed 60 feet away threw her garage. I told her I could install a recalculation pump but she just wanted her heater back where it was and the only reason for the tankless was to be green? So now I have this heater but only a 150 gallon system I have been reading about people with large sumps using water heaters to heat there sumps with using pex pipe in the sump. I bought a killawatt meter and found that I only use about 12-15 $ a month on heating my system so I don't think it would be worth the trouble to install on my own system. I figure I would like $300.00 cash or trade. If you would like a pic I will send you one. I am located in hesperis 92345
