I'm just curious what everyone likes to feed, how often, and WHY. Before anyone barks about searching I didn't find many explanations, mostly just lists.
I feed sprinkles of Omega-One "Supper Veggie" flakes, 5ml of PhytoFeast, and a small chunk of frozen PEMysis shrimp once a night.
The Supper Veggie was a recommendation from a LFS and the guy I got the tank from. It has good specs and my fish seam to like it.
The PhytoFeast is mainly for the tube-worm and other various (tiny) fans, dusters and sponges.
The frozen mysis shrimp is to fatten-up my orange-spotted/Diamond/sleeper Goby and I use PEMysis because the other brands (cubes) were loaded with "moisture" and this one is loaded with protein and fat.
My tank:
55g, no sump, HOB skimmer (CPR Bakpak) and mechanical filtration (Penguin170 w/BIOwheel)
My Livestock:
2 clowns, foxface-rabbitfish, firefish, diamond goby, tube-worm (feather duster), sebae anemone, spider conch, snails, crabs, and corals.
