Finally got a macro

Took a few photos tonight to test the new macro. Definitely need to get a tripod now!

nice, the 100mm is pricy...

Yes, it is. Just like everything else in this hobby! haha. I dont think I could have handheld those shots without the IS though. L's hold there value pretty well so not too bad.

Macro lenses allow you to have a much shorter focusing distance so can do greater than 1:1 ratios.
