So I had to dismantle my rock to catch an SOB arc eye hawkish and while rebuilding found this in the sand. Actually startled me for a second. Is it a flat worm of some type. If there is one are there necessarily more?

Thanks so much for the help.

Mike

It's a bristle worm. Harmless until they get big. I've got hundreds.

They aint harmless, touch them, even small and you'll see! Lol great scavenges but when you get in contact with them, it hurts!

Thanks guys. That is reassuring. I did pick it up with my hand to put it into the bucket I was using as I dismantled the rock. Didn't put him back so now I feel kinda bad. Now I'm watching all my stressed coral, confused fish and angry clowns defending their anemone. It's like a brand new tank.
