Just got a spot in paramedic school, I need to downsize my system and/or raise $funds$... Here is a breeding pair of onyx clownfish... Took me 3 months of searching to pair these two.. they've been together for almost two years now and happily breeding...

these pictures are from tonight... Cash, rare zoas, or a combination of both...

yes, those are eggs from 3 nights ago on the inside of their pot...

it was just gonna answer that question via PM.. but alright, $400 is the best I could do....

if you know anything about Onyx.. that grade is nearly impossible to find.. took me 3 months... on top of that, I got them breeding (as you can see from tonight's picture)...

you'll find what is considered an onyx from time to time.. but not as blacked out as these are.. if you do then jump on 'em.. most wild caught I'll find every once in awhile will have very minimal black connect inbetween the white lines.. but rarely that much..

I usually visit 3-4 fish stores a week throughout OC... in the pass two years w/ this pair.. I only found 2 other pairs that are this good... one pair was from Coral Oasis in their display tank for $300 (sold).. the other is in Ali's tank at Amazing Aquarium and Reefs which are priceless to him...

Snowflakes are beautiful, but over priced... you could go to Tom's at socal tropical and pick between 20 different patterns of them at any given time, but for the pass 4 years I've gone to his place, I only saw 2 clowns that would be considered onyx...

so yeah, for those who have selective taste for true percs... wild caught onyx are very difficult to come by..
