I can't get a good ID on this stuff, but I'm pretty sure it's some variety of Cladomorpha sp.
It is a very slow grower, and I have not found it to be a pest in the four months I've had it. It's very difficult to remove from rock once it's on, though. (no experience there, just what the seller told me)
I've got a lot more than this, but just looking to add some variety to my macro collection.
Pods LOVE this stuff, it's densely packed which keeps fish from destroying the pod population in the display.

Includes a couple small pieces of Gracilaria Hayi (or maybe Mammilis?).

Looking for something different of the same size, straight trade via USPS Priority. I think they'll do alright via Priority, not worth paying overnight prices. I'm in San Diego. Lemme know whatcha got!

WYSIWYG, it's 3-4" on the long end:

I had a red version of that on my rocks a long time ago and it was a nightmare to get rid of.
This stuff has been great so far, to be honest, but I bet it would be a pain if you wanted to remove it from your rocks afterwards. On a major plus side it grows really slowly, to the point of being taken over by other macros if they get tangled. It doesn't show up in other parts of the tank either (unlike my Caulerpa!)
This is nothing like the nuisance species of Cladomorpha and Bryopsis that I've seen in the past in terms of growth.
