The issue is you don't have enough meaningful posts to sell in the livestock and drygoods sections. Start a build thread, share your system and experience and you won't have an issue. You meet the time, just need the posts. There is a sticky/pinned thread in each section you can read through and see the minimum requirements.

Sadly there are a few individuals out there that like to scam people. When people start to post and contribute to the "community" they have something invested in that group.. Like Smite said...I know I like to see different setups and read about how others are doing things.

I don’t think Jose is a moderator, seems like moderators aren’t super active here. There’s been lots of post recently with new accounts with only 1 or 2 posts trying to make a sale so his thumbs are probably tired lol, I usually see him mention the minimum post requirement.

Best way to get some rapport with the community is to post a bit about your tanks and show some pictures. You can also get involved in group activities like group buys (e.g. Reef Cleaners) or swaps. Coral Farmers Market, etc. Some really nice reefers in this community.

I see you on instagram. I can confirm he’s legit and not trying to scam people. Sometimes we can’t catch them all. It’s not to say we aren’t watching
