Foxface is blind

Has this happened to any of you?
All of a sudden my foxface went blind. All my other fish are fine.

Foxface was super healthy and the fattest one of all and about a month ago he started crashing into everything and hasn't eaten anything since. Any ideas what could it be?

I doubt ir hasn't eaten in a month and is still alive. What makes you think it is blind? How big is it and how big is your tank?

He keeps hitting rocks, bumping into the corals, crashing into the glass, sand. He is about 4-5in and my tank is 100g

When I used to feed he usually was the first one to eat. Now he never comes when I feed also I always put a sheet of seaweed and my tang and foxface used to share it now the foxface has no clue where it is. Ill try taking a video.
