Just remembered screen name and password.
I have enough Zenia for four people. No attached to anything but sand and maybe a shell. Grabs hold quick though.

Chaeto for two of you, maybe three. Sandwich bag size. Nice cup full.

I'm in Long Beach on the Seal Beach border. Home after 4pm.

PM is key. Also selling a 90g complete set up.

Skly what is the dimensions of the tank? I have a friend who is looking for a tank in the 90g to 120g range.

Maybe in another week or so. I've given away a lot. Need to give it time to grow back.
Was at a LFS today and noticed they sell a cup for 10 bucks. I'm guessing I gave away about 100 dollars worth. Not counting the Zenia I gave away too.

Give me some time.

I'm not the snobbish type. Not saying others are snobs, just using that term in saying a lot of people won't frequent certian stores.
So. After stating that, I shop at all of them. You want a run down? We'll see if I can remember them with most frequent visit being first since I was just there and then as they come to mind.
AOA
Seaside
Tongs
Strictly
Eye Candy
Pacific Reef
Circle pets
405 tropical. Last deal from there was a good one.
Carson Tropical to name a few.

I have been to others that I happened to see while driving around for work. I buy from all of them even when it's something small for 5 bucks or so just so they make a buck and stick around as well as seeing me as more than a lookyloo. Tend to get better service the next time that way and and aids when cutting a deal on next purchase if it feels needed.

I think we're fortunate to have so many around us to pop into and see what's inside and by buying from each one when I'm there hopefully keeps them in business.

I can name a couple that need people skills and those I don't frequent as much. And yes some need keeping skills, but all meet different needs of mine at times and that's what counts.

I have bought fish from the nicest shops that have died in days and fish from the not so tidy that have flourished and still live in my setup. Dry goods are good at all shops. And again, if buying something here and there to keep them open works, it only keeps my options open for the future.

Did I just ramble or what? So take heed grasshopper and enjoy.

Ok, thanks. I've been to several of those, I tend to frequent AOA, Circle Pets and Strictly mostly just because they are all close.

And yes, we are very fortunate to have so many in the area. I never noticed them all until I got into the hobby :)
