I've been to Cancun a couple times but I really want to check out Cabo some time. How long were you there?
5 days 4 nights.
Cabo was nice, but not much to do outside the hotel.
They were hit by a hurricane about a year and a half ago. And they are still in a 'rebuilding' stage.
Of course they had excursions, or tours, you could pay for.
But there really weren't many vendors around to look at.
The resort I stayed at had many activities through out the day and night, mainly for adult entertainment.
The hotel was the Royal Solaris.
All in all, I would most definitely go back.

The pictures of that place look nice! Huge pool and all inclusive! Sounds like an awesome time

Unfortunately we didn't get to do any of the dive "packages" and I didn't even bring my mask and snorkel.

BUT!

I did however, happen to make my dad pretty jealous....

Soooooo.... He literally just yesterday, booked us a 5 day 4 night stay at a dive resort at the Grand Cayman Island.

We get to 2 nitrox boat dives a day, and unlimited shore diving/snorkeling.

My father had been dreaming about one day going to the Cayman Islands, and he was nice enough to bring me a long with him as his dive partner.

Our first dive is to a 360 ft. submarine rescue ship called the 'Kittiwake'.

We now have to decide 7 other dive locations, some of which are named 'The Aquarium', 'Paradise Reef', 'Trinity Caves'','Eagle Ray Pass', 'HammerHead Hill', 'Guardian Of The Reef' just to name a few.

I am excited about this trip, to say the least!

The Dive Resort is named Cobalt Coast, we leave November 10th.

That's what I'm hoping for! The visibility is supposed to be 100ft+, and at 'Eagle Ray Pass' they have Whale Sharks and Hammer Heads regularly.

You got me all juiced up to see a whale shark ever sense you pointed that out to me a while back lol.
We looked into it, but in Mexico they only show up around September, so it was doubtful to find any.
