Hard to tell by the picture but that looks a little more like a camel shrimp than a peppermint. Camel shrimp are notorious for eating coral. I could be wrong though

It's a peppermint. He's just pissed the buffet is closed and he has nowhere to hide.

Nah, thats a peppermint. Camels usually have larger and more distinguished humps and the pattern isn't random like the camels. Just my thoughts.
