looks like asterina stars - they multiply like crazy - i used a harlequin shrimp to eradicate mine - worked really well - then back to lfs with it -

No, these are perfectly fine and are aquilonastra stars. In some cases their numbers can grow, but they eat algae, detritus and will be the first on the scene if there's a stressed or dying coral (to clean up).
