FS: 60 Gallon Part Out. Free Maxspect Gyre 150 If You Buy Everything

Up for grabs is my 60 gallon reef tank. I am staying in the hobby; just keeping my clowns. Everything listed for sale is only 1 month old at low prices. I am offering a free used Maxspect Gyre 150 to a buyer who will purchase all items listed below. The pump has a new motor and shafts installed 1 month ago. Gyre isn't for sale by itself. Please don't ask. Cash Only and pick up in Culver City. Willing to assist with transport if you are close by.
I'd like to wait until Saturday morning before selling individual items. However that may change if I get committed buyers for every item before Saturday.

Tank: 60 gallon glass tank by Visio with center trapezoid overflow box. Plumbing included. Screen top included. No leaks or damage. $120 for the tank.
Pine Stand: $50 (27" tall)
Sump: 20 gallon Visio tank turned into sump. 8" water level. $25 for the sump.
Skimmer: Aquamaxx WS-1 for $80.

Yes, stand is same size as tank. The black stand isn't the one for sale. It was from another build that never happened and got sold. The stand that's for sale is in first picture.
