FS: Biocube 14 & 1/15th HP Mini Artica Chiller

I have A Biocube 14 with stand for sale.
It also comes with some live rock, sand, and a box of miscellaneous chemicals, etc...
The tank is in good condition with no visible scratches. The stand has no water damage and looks great. The light hood has never even been used.
The live rock has been sitting in a bucket with a powerhead, and the live sand has been cleaned with a hose for 15+ minutes.
Asking price is $150, Pick up is in Riverside 92509.

I also have a JBJ Mini Artica 1/15th HP Chiller for sale.
It is quiet and works in perfect order.
I am asking $150. Pick up is in Santa Ana 92707, Or Riverside 92509 if picked up over the weekend.

I would prefer not to hold onto it because it's not at my house.
It is at my family's house in Riverside and I don't want them to have to store for very long.
