Anyone have experience with these sharks? What size tank would I need? Tempted to set up a tank just for that little guy.

The general rule of thumb for elasmobranchs is as big of a tank as possible, and then double that. Rounded corners, fine substrate and no ferrous components (it's bad for their ampullae of Lorenzini). Supersaturated oxygen levels and moderate to high flow.

besides the rounded corners, that all seems manageable, but how big of a tank are we talking here?

I would say nothing smaller than 200g. Keeping in mind a longer, wider tank is better than a tall tank. I personally think elasmobranchs need species-specific tanks. If you give it a shot, great. Just please do what's in the best interest of the fish. I think these grow to 3 ft so take that into consideration.
