FS - Clear4Life "multi purpose" acrylic tank and Misc equipment. Low prices
Hello,
I have a 20g Clear For Life acrylic tank for sale. It can be used with multiple purposes. I had set it up as a refugium, a quarantine tank, and a sump.
It is a 20g tank 24"L x 12"W x 18"H. The left side of the tank has 3 holes for 3 bulk heads. I will try to explain with pictures below.
To be used as a refugium I use 1 bulk head connection as inlet connecting to my main 120g tank. I use PVC pipes connecting to the other 2 bulk heads as outlets to the sump. The height of the PVC pipes depends on the refugium water level that I preferred. I fill the refugium with plants, liverocks, and copepods.
To be used as a quarantine tank, I just use PVC plugs to plug all 3 bulk heads to make it into a regular quarantine tank.
To make it as a sump, I put on the filter sock holder and the filter sock. Fill the sump with live rocks and media. I can use either an external pump or internal pump for return.
