Only reason Im selling is because Im upgrading to a larger calcium reactor. This is the best calcium reactor Ive ever used. Very simple design, only take it down twice a year to refill media.

This has the newer style Sicce pump. This runs very quiet compared to the older style Panworld pumps.
Comes with PVC needle valve to adjust effluent.

Will not ship, local pickup only. Corona/Eastvale 92880

Price is $350. (New they are $600)

I also have an Avast Marine second chamber that I recommend using. It helps remove excess co2 from the water, helping keep the PH in your tank more stable.

I have the 818 for a 200 gallon tank and its awesome however Im dealing with the air in the chamber. Did you ever come across that issue with your old reactor and if so did you fix it?

Ive never had an issue with air in the chamber. Can you explain your problem better? Excess co2 builds up in the reactor? What are you using to feed the reactor? What PH do you run in your reactor?

Yes excess C02 in chamber. The recirc pump constantly sounds like its chopping up air. Im using the kamoer fxstp at 60ml/m. Reactor ph is set to 6.8 to 6.7. Carbon doser regulator is set to 1 bubble every 6 seconds. Its holding all at 8.2 solid. I initially was pulling but Scott at geos said to push water to see if any water leaks from the fittings.
