I currently culture both of these algae. They are fed to my copepod cultures to enrich them for baby seahorses.
To keep the integrity of each algae, I culture them separately and add them together only when enriching copepods. This ensures that the monocultures truly are T. ISO and tetaselmis, as these cultures can easily become contaminated or one of the species will out compete the other.

After researching different algae, I decided on these two for the following reasons. T. ISO has high DHA content. Tetraselmis has a high lipid level and EPA. Together they have all the important HUFA content needed, especially for fry.

I always end up with a surplus of it so I would like to offer up some to anyone that needs it for raising rotifers/copepods, feeding out to hard/soft corals, etc.

I have a couple of 16 oz water bottles for $10. Located in Koreatown/DTLA.
