not trying to troll.. They're indonesian origin. Multiple names; Stingers, Blue angels, Aqua SD bubble bee, etc. still good price. Definitely the first thread I've seen of someone fragging them.

Many thanks for clearing it up, Wally. I was told it's purple hornet when I bought the mini colony a year ago and now I feel more comfortable to tell people for sure what they are getting.

Zoas opened up immediately. Very healthy polyps.
Thanks, Bob. I'm glad you are happy with them.

By the way, Based on Wally's comment, the zoa I sold you don't have proper purple hornet lineage (should be purple stinger). I would be more than happy to refund your money if you feel being misled. Please let me know. Thanks.

Mod, how do I modify the very first two posts? I don't see "Edit Post" buttons anymore. If possible, can you please change "Purple Hornet" to "Purple Stinger"?

Thanks.

even still, that's what they should be priced at regardless. They came in about 1 1/2 year ago. But hasn't resurfaced since. I admire you still have 'em because they were known to be finicky. I guess you got a hardy strain!

The price match the satisfaction of having an eye-candy piece.

glws!

Thanks, Bob. I'm glad you are happy with them.

To the top. Open to OBO or trade.

Please note, they are purple stinger, not purple hornet. I've not figured how to re-edit the post yet......
