Pretty great stuff, I'm using both complete and complete plus, my fish will walk outta the water to get it if they can...absolutely love this stuff

I recommend thawing it in fresh/tank water...then feeding it...but this stuff doesn't break up, and stay together in the tank while fish nip at them

It's frozen mix of food.

And by reef food they mean the whole reef. It should feed your fish and inverts/corals. I use it alternately with other foods during the week. I like it although the clumping isn't great for me since I only have one fish. Multiple fish would tear that apart but my lonely clown struggles a bit by herself.

how do u feed it? i picked some up from coral gazers and im not quit sure how to feed it..

you could use veggie clip, or put it in those mesh nets and clip it...or throw it in there...but fish will devour them...better to clip it in mesh
