Had to special order these pair. Been in my system for over a year, very healthy, active, and mated.

I switched to an all wrasse tank and these guys need a new home. I paid $160 for the pair. WIll consider fair trades or $140 cash money..Thanks...

There are a couple of differences between the two. The one hobbiest seem to care about most is appearance.
The tank bred are orange faced, and even as adults continue to have a slight orange tint to the face. This lets me know they most likely mated a black aussi perc and an orange perc (hybrid).

The Aussi percs are jet black with Pearl white bands. They seem to get larger in size also from what I have seem comparing to the Orange perculas.

i had a pair that was tank raise i picked out personally from the breeder years ago. the male died and i gave the female to nico. he can confirm. jet black not a spot of orange on it.
