1. Warner Marine AS300, 4 months old. $ 675
2. GEO 612 Calcium Reactor $ 275 (Reactor Only)
3. GEO Kalk Reactor $ 225 (includes 1 full kalkwasser powder)

David you sure you don't want to keep the as300? Its a pretty **** good skimmer. I honestly don't think a BK is any better as far as performance.

Tom --- look at my free cola pictures. that's after 3 days of skimming. I'm pretty sure the BK will do just about the same performance. Besides. I still saved myself lots of money. How do you think I was able to afford the lights, the ac3, the fish, etc.. :)

not really - AS300 is like $1000 buck ? BK SM 250 is like $1200 BK 300 deluxe external is on sale for $1600. Depend where you get it from too...LOL

But again if you are happy with AS300, then there is nothing to change.

david i'm sure you could cut off part of the bottom of the base plate that's not needed so it could fit in your sump. talk to jon.. he might be able to do something.

If you cut the baseplate off... I can give you the pump stand feet for free so you can have a base plate-less AS300...

You could use a router and flip the skimmer upside down and cut around the cylinder body. Use the router bit that has the bearing on it, set at like 1/4 or 1/2".
