I guess I jumped the gun and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to finish setting up this tank. I think it's just too big for my purposes/interests.

So, I'd like this tank to go to someone that is looking for this particular type of set up.

The overflow is in the direct center of the tank and has four 1-1/2" holes.

The dimensions of the tank are 96"L x 24"W x 30"H.

Wow E we just moved it in yesterday. I told u 300 ain't no joke.
I know, Eric. The more I look at it, the more I'm like, "it's nice but... not quite what I had in mind." Although reeferside did give a great idea for cutting a rock structure around the overflow and leaving the rest a clean, open space. I really like that idea but I still feel this unit is just too tall for me....

I love the way my 30" tall tank looks but it sucks for cleaning and placing things on the sand bed. 24" max for me now. The 30" is sweet though!

Thank tank is a beast! I hope someone picks it up from you soon and gets some setup pics going!

Make the stand shorter the tank would just have to sit lower hehehe... I love to have a 300 gallon tank but I would go with fish only tank instead for reef.

Hi, I have the same dimension tank and really like the added height for reef viewing and for making tall towers. Just use tongs to access the sand bed and use a mag scrapper to take care the deeper part of glass. Good luck.
