Great idea!
Acrylic rod will look better also u can use glue or instead to attach magnet or suction cups with clips.

Acrylic rod will look better also u can use glue or instead to attach magnet or suction cups with clips.

An acrylic rod would look much cleaner. Just make sure it's somewhat thick so it's easy to rubber band and gives them more area to nip. I tried super glue the first time I did it and lots of it but considering when I would pull off the rubber bands I would hold it by the magnet it eventually broke off as well. I think next time I'll use the rod and super glue and just be careful on the rubber band removal this time around.
