I've gotten a few from my lfs and they still die. Decided to try this one... Didnt like the way they shipped it. Very little water and the bag looked deflated.

Hate to hear this. How long have you been able to keep the ones alive from your lfs? How long has your tank been up & running? Also, how big is your tank, how much rockwork & hiding places do you have? Do you have a refugium? It's very hard to have enough pods to keep these fish alive even in an established tank...
