I've had a porcelin crab bother an anemone to the point of death - they can clench on pretty tight - maybe that's what's happening? Just a wild guess...

Possibly splitting. How long have you had it? When anemones move they are trying to find a more comfortable or suitable spot. They split to propagate themselves but they also split when they are dying or not doing well so it's hard to say. Lighting ?

Look like guts.. i know if the foot gets pierced the frilly looking insides will come out. Might have been from the crab and the reason its moving around. Just keep an eye on it and it should heal up.

I recommend isolating it in a breeder basket or something so it can heal without irritation.

What type of anemone is it? Often when filaments become apparent the anemone is on a downward spiral, especially if it's an LTA (Macrodactyla doreensis) or H. crispa.
