If ph, salinity, and temp. all match, it can go in right away. If not, the time of acclimation depends on how fast you drip and how much difference there is. Salinity is one out of the three that takes the longest time to adjust since its entirely volume based. 1 gallon of 1.025 and 1 gallon of 1.020 will simply becomes 2 gallons of 1.0225. I think this fish is a sensitive specie. If so, one hour is my recommendation but make sure one hour is enough to match water parameters.
