Hair algea in the works??

Maybe...Looks like Diatoms ( brown hair) keep your P04 down and get some snails/algae eating fish...I am guessing the rock was dry prior

Emerald crabs are boss. I had 1 large one clean my 120 in 2 days
I will transfer the one from my frag tank there now! Lol

That's what I was.thinking.too! But I thought diatoms were red for.some.reason.. Meh my dry rock blows! Lol time to get some more algea eaters I guess

Yeah I went through it for about 5 months..horrible...all the rock I put in was dry...It actually wasnt a hassle just unsightly...If your P04 gets high they can get out of control....I kept using a phosphate sponge to deprive them..eventually worked its course and GONE!

I will transfer the one from my frag tank there now! Lol

Doesn't look like hair algae to me, but definitely a problem to be dealt with sooner rather than later... Snails, crabs, tangs, nudis... Do somthing. Don't wait until the diatoms die back and expose a rock covered in nice, healthy macroalgae!

Snails crabs ect already loaded in the dt.. hope it works ill check the p04 again tomorrow..





Bristletooth tang will eat that stuff all gone!
I love tangs :)

Maybe tomorrow I will pick one up
