Hair Like Algae Forming on my live rock

I am starting to see a few more strands of a white hair like algae.

This is my first tank!

What does this algae refer to?

Anyone have any thoughts or fixes

usually the first sign of hair algae... and once its full and green its very long and seemingly endless battle to rid it so while its in its first stages id take action now
