All you can do is try it. I'm sure it's pure GFO as advertised. Just an off brand. I do see what looks like better deals. I've always wondered about Laguna phos-X and have read posts of people using it and liking it. I believe it's popular in the UK.

and he said this answer (Absolutely. They are basically indistinguishable.)
