Hello All - Reefer From Corona / Sycamore Creek

Hi All,

Allow myself...to introduce...myself. Pretty new to the site (referred by RacinJason when I traded some corals), but I'm not really new to reefing (still don't know wtf I'm doing, but I try). I'm also on RC, NR, and was on SCNRS when it was still around...Anyway, I ended up rebooting my 100G Lee Mar system a few months ago due to some unfortunate events (had a baby girl <--- not the unfortunate part --- and while we were at the hospital, the power was killed to my tank for about 4 days :suicide2. My system is back up and running so now I got that reefing itch again.

Anyway, I'm glad to be back and thank you for allowing me to be a part of the site.

First off, sorry for the crappy pictures. These were taken with a shitty mytouch camera phone.

When I first brought her home.

Custom sump and ATO reservoir from Advance Acrylics + Obligator Frenchie butt shot.

After lots of sanding, cleaning, repairing, assembling, painting, and burning money...

When I was running a Kessil when they first came out with the Tuna Blue. Switched to a Maxspect Razor for more coverage and ease of programing

And this was a few months before selling/trading a bunch of RBTA's and other coral. It looked a lot different from this pic before our baby / power outage / crash. I lost all of my SPS (including SPS I had recently traded for not pictured), melanurus wrasse, coris wrasse, fuzzy dwarf lion, fairy wrasse, blood shrimp, pistol shrimp. Managed to save most LPS and 2 small RBTA's...I'm glad I traded some of the bigger coral and RBTA's before the crash.

I'll post pics when everything is on track again. I have a lot of pictures of the building process, maybe I'll do a build/progress thread at some point.

Hey, Marc, Good to see you on here. I bought some frags from you when i first started out on SCNRS. Some orange acans of some sort i think...and some zoas. Anyway, i remember how sweet your tank and corals were. Looking forward to seeing the new set up.

No way, really? That must have been a while ago!

Thanks for all the Welcomes! My tanks getting back there, it just sucks to put so much work into it and losing mostly everything in a flash...Most of us have unfortunately been there!

Look forward to meeting some new faces and reuniting with some old ones.
