Help!!! Trapping a Pistol shrimp

I have had this guy for 4 years he was paired with a pair of yasha gobies who died. Now pistol pete's landscaping is open for business on a nightly frigging basis. He like to dig plugs into his cave he's killed countless zs & ps & a $50 orange fungia plate. I have waited patiently, I don't feed him and have just been hoping he'd die of natural causes & last night well let's just say he was doing what he does again Now this MF has got to go!!!!!! I am up early & ready to move rock to get him out. I just figured I would ask you guys if there's an easier way to get him out maybe at trap of some kind or a creative way to kill him & I hate to say it but morally I'm in a place where I could live with that!

That sux, I love my pistol shrimp pair, but if hes killing coral, how exactly is he killing them anyway just by digging under them? I would take out all the rock and donate him instead of killing tho...

If you want to give him away I can put him in my 180g fish only. It's been a collection of unwanted fish lol.

I would cut a hole in a 2liter and put his fav food in there. Set it right by his cave. Then sit and wait. Try to cut the hole small enough so ur fish can't get in, but obviously big enough for the shrimp

Simple cut a small bottle water the flip the opening inside and staple, burn a fork the stab the back a few times to make holes so bottle will sink then put some food in and wait, don't feed anything at all for three days and walla

Yea try catching him and donating if you really dislike, better than killing him for doing what he does best and after you put him there.

Mine would dig holes next/under to the coral and bury them with sands.
