Help with bm doser

I got a bm dosed 2 weeks ago (new model)
I have a problem the in line get empty every day I take out all the air too many times and same problem

it's the calcium container the all working fine...any ideas thanks

I put an airline check valve on each one.

That's very strange. I only had that happen with the wrong size tubing, slightly too big with a loose fit.

There must be something bleeding down the line. Is it on all or just from one? Might be something loss or the doser tube need replacement.

Have you checked to see if that head is putting out the correct ml once primed? The head really shouldn't be letting liquid flow in reverse. Makes me wonder if the bearings aren't making solid contact with the tube.

Just to cover all basis the blue connectors have a large and small nipple on either end.

I put the end in small container to check that a soon get home will see .. thanks

I have the Aquamedic doser and had to get check valves to keep it from doing the same thing.

Your getting air sucked into the lines from the doser. Check to be sure that the input line is always in liquid. The air has to come from somewhere. When you do a manual prime does it still get air?

no when I do manually I take out all the air and left the hose full with liquid ... when I check in the morning it's empty....

maybe your airline is defective has a hole or pinch.... try other airline and see. as many ppl said, it's leaking air somewhere and need to find out where it's leaking from. check and see all connectors make sure they are no air leaks from intake hose including bearings that spins and pinch the line properly. Pump might be defective.

You may have a slow air leak that takes a few hours to empty the hose. If you can, replace the hoses and see if that fixes your problem.

I fixed

the air was leaking from this part I just put Teflon and problem solve (this part is on the lid of the containers)
