that's just it...you can have 1000 tanks but if you don't have a large enough one, then your fish will start to mysteriously disappear...that's what happened when i had a huge haddoni in a 225g...my fish were vanishing....until one day i saw the carpet closed up and when i opened it using the grabber, it was munching on my purple tang. so unless its a species only tank with clowns and nems, i have to pass on it : (
I've had a few carpets in my tanks (120 & 150). The only carpet I had eat fish was a massive (2ft in diameter) carpet. I currently have a 10" "white" carpet that hasn't killed any body... That I know of
