i have a 40g acrylic tank with a lot of scratches, mostly minor. i'm planning on selling it soon but i don't know how well it will sell with the scratches. how much would it cost to have the scratches buffed out? or how easy/cheap is it to do it myself? i'd really rather just pay somebody else :). thanks.

I just finished buffing out my 50g. It took me like half a day. I sand it down first and then use the novus kit to get it to shine.

so it sounds like it might be more worth it to do it myself. but at the same time it sounds like a loooot of a work :(. ya i'm switching to glass too now, at first i like the security of an acrylic tank but it's really not worth not being able to enjoy my tank. is it difficult to do it yourself? besides the fact that it's time consuming. i'm afraid i would end up making it worse than better if i tried to do it myself
