What are you feeding? Flake, pellets, frozen?

I only really feed frozen. Right now, hikari cause the shop was out of PE for a while. I also use rod's food and phyto. one cube of hikari disappears surprisingly quickly

Do you rinse your frozen with RO? I was having problem with SPS i THINK cause of P)4 spikes from feeding frozen every night. Now i do every other night and rinse in RO and things seem to be reacting better now...

I rinse the mysis most of the time (and preach this pretty heavily), but with vodka dosing, I don't want to starve the tank. I'm not seeing any algae growth other than coralline, so I think I might start feeding heavier to make sure I don't starve anything.
