How often do you do your water changes? ALSo do you test your water?

i use to do mine weekly...but have not in a month....Also i dont test (new water) before i put in

With the droughts and water shortage, we all may have to start cutting back soon. Did anyone read about the Atlanta Aquarium having to drain one of their displays a while back because of drought there? Scary thought considering that SoCal is always so dry.
